The picture above is of the SMS Server message explaination in the SMS 2003 Troubleshooting app I am working on.  You select the message ID from the drop down menu under the label "Message ID."  This then populates the other fields, most inportantly, the Message Explanation field.  I plan on adding a notes field that will be editable, where you can input any information you want.  It will then add it to the database so when you pull it up the next time the information will be displayed as well.  Like in MOM where you can add your own information to the alerts.

This is just one section, it will include all the status messages for servers, clients, providers, generic messages, inbox explanaitions, to list a few, it will also combine the troubleshooting flowcharts, screen shots, etc.
