If you are part of the Beta or Ascend program, the new build of Vista is available for download on connect. This is not Beta 2, as some had promised, from what I have learned this build will be the the Beta 2 and will be released during WinHec, although it does say that the Milestone is Beta 2 on the download page.

Expression Interactive Designer is also available for download today.
