You need to open the sender log on the parent and look for issues, then open the inboxes on the child and look for a backlog.

 

Quick way to check the inboxes is to open the main inbox, click search on the explorer bar and  just find all files in all subdirectories. A few thousand is typical, 100,000 is a lot.

I had an advertisement that I had deleted. Things took forever for this thing to delete. why would/could that be happening? This caused some other things to be slow at one of my sites.

 

Why could that be happening?
