It does look like the Update.SQL file includes "x86 Windows Vista SP2".  It is likely that it's a typo in the KB article.

Anybody else notice that Vista SP2 X86 is missing from the supported list this patch fixes?

Has anyone seen this being released?  It would be an update to Baserc.dll, to allow software distribution to Vista and Windows 2008 SP2 systems.
