Subject: [mssms] How are people advertising operating system deployment task sequences?

Is there a way that I can advertise my OSD task sequence to all systems so that a tech can run it from PXE/CD whenever they need to in order to rebuild but that if the TS is run from inside Windows it just slaps the user's hand (don't do that, etc.) and acts like a NOP?
