Keep in mind that it is only a Beta so you should hesitate to put this into your production environment.  The integration between MDT and SCCM has not changed in this release other than a few bug fixes in the scripts.

So, is there a specific reason to use MDT 2010 later when using SCCM?
Has the integration changed?

I guess some bug-fixes made it into 2010, that's for sure a reason.

And is there a more or less RTM-date?

What 's you input on that Michael? :)
Why I ask?
I'm in progress of going partially  live with the SCCM R2/MDT 2008 servers. Depending on the date of the RTM-version I can still sneak in MDT 2010 without a lot of fuss...
