• SCSM 2012: SSP Change the number of question per page on Create Request wizard

  By default, when you create an incident using the Self Service Portal only 5 questions are displayed per page. I modified my incident form to add a 6th question. • SCSM 2012: Attach file on incident creation

  By default, users can only attach a file when they modify an existing incident on the self service portal. There is no option to attach a file during the incident creation.
