2) Download Microsoft Orca

3) Open the ConfigMgr2007R2.msi with Orca
4) Search for Custom Action “CheckForEval” action with a 25019 target
5) Comment out or remove this line
6) Save the MSI
7) Run and enjoy R2 on fully licensed ConfigMgr 2007 SP1
