Get healthy in the amount of time someone takes a smoke break?

What is this an infomercial?  No but this is: http://www.cubicleexercise.com/

Instead make a potentially successful new habit. Here is the deal, in the amount of time it takes a smoker to stand out side and take a minute off their life.  You can walk over to your corporate gym (assuming you have one - if not try here: http://exercise.about.com/cs/exerciseworkouts/l/blofficeworkout.htm) do a quick circuit and get back to your desk.

Daily Goal?  As much exercise you can do without sweating.  Bringing deodorant or worse perfume is not being creative… that’s cubicle crop dusting.  When you first start, it will take several weeks to get into the motions and know what you can do without breaking a bead of sweat.

One last thing: Don't let fear of embarrassment keep you from exercising at work. Chances are, your co-workers will admire your efforts rather than be amused. You might even get them to join you on a lunchtime walk or to help you lobby for lunch-hour yoga classes at your workplace.
