after updating from 2.0.2 to 2.0.4 by running the .msi, my right click Client Center is no longer available in the SCCM admin console.

Just come across this issue myself and this post has saved me a lot of investigation!

One thing, you mention changing the Managed Pipeline Mode of SMS Distribution Points app pool to "classic" but in the XML example it is still set to "Integrated"

The client center is failing to install, the MSI fails with "system cannot open the file or specified device"

Any solutions ?

The web version has a very low priority...

I do not see any benefits of virtualizing this tool ?!

Great work Roger. Will you be porting this to the web only version as well?

Also have you tried to virtualize this application in either APP-V or SVS?
