New - Forefront Endpoint Protection (FEP) email discussion list

With the recent announcements from Microsoft about the Forefront Endpoint Protection licensing (i.e., anyone with an existing Core CAL now owns FEP for no cost), and the integration with Configuration Manager 2007, it’s just time to roll out a brand new email discussion list.
