MMS 2011: Registered Attendees May Now Book up to SIX Hands-on Lab Sessions #mms2011

From today, Monday March 7th, the Schedule Builder tool on the MMS 2011 Communications Network (CommNet) allows each attendee to reserve a place in up to six Instructor-led Lab sessions. This limit was previously three reservations per attendee.

As attendees from previous years may remember, the Instructor Led Hands-on Labs (ILLs) at MMS are very popular and as space is limited, many lab sessions will be fully booked well before the event opens. This is especially true for the lab topics hosted on the opening day - Monday March 21st.

We therefore strongly recommend that attendees who plan to attend any Instructor-led Lab sessions during the week of MMS 2011 log in to CommNet as soon as possible and use the Schedule Builder page to book slots in the labs that interest them most.

ILL BOOKING RULES
All registered attendees may currently reserve a place in up to 6 Instructor-led Lab (ILL) sessions. Once the event opens on March 21st any number of ILL sessions may be reserved, space permitting. Only one ILL session per attendee can be reserved in each event session timeslot.
