If you take a quick look at Chart 7, you’ll see the different Microsoft products with their related salary average. They show SMS and System Center as being the following:

Based on the chart, it appears that if you are looking for a specific technology to invest your time and effort in, Sharepoint, BizTalk Server, and Terminal Services are the top salary technologies.
