We are planning on having our third meeting of 2010, which will also coincide with the user group's four year anniversary.  This meeting will be held at Microsoft's downtown Phoenix Office: 2929 N Central Ave, suite 1400 on Monday, August 30th. The meeting will start at 3:00 PM with the welcome time at 2:30 PM-come early and socialize a bit.
Wally Mead, Senior Program Manager with Microsoft, will be presenting on the next version of Configuration Manager - v.Next.  He will be giving an overview of some of the new features and covering the migration path from Configuration Manager 2007.

Wally has been with Microsoft for 18 years, and working with Systems Management Server since SMS 1.0 was in development. He started in the training group developing and delivering training courses on SMS 1.0 through 2.0, then moved to the SMS product group to assist TAP customers in the SMS 2003 and Configuration Manager TAP programs. He still works with customers through hands-on labs, presentations, and demonstrations at industry events, as well as working with customers in TAP programs, and monitoring the System Center Configuration Manager TechNet forums.
This is another meeting that you will not want to miss! We will be raffling off some of the following items so don't miss out: Windows 7 Ultimate, Office Standard 2007, Microsoft Arc Mouse, various Microsoft Press books and some other great raffle items.
