Acresso acquisition, Intraware, breaking state laws?
It was announced recently that Acresso has intentions of purchasing Intraware. Today, I read this news article on Marketwatch, about breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law by the board of directors of Intraware Inc. :

Could this mean the acquisition will not go through?
