Update to Windows Live Writer changes the application directory location

Old:  "C:\Program Files\Windows Live Writer\"

New: "C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Writer\"

 

So, the update looks like it removed the old application to install the new one.  In the old directory, the uninstall left a “Plugins” directory.
