Intel gets on the Community Server bandwagon to the tune of $20 million

Investments in social technologies is good – but building community is a better idea. You can invest all day long, but unless you have someone in charge who knows how to build community, the technology is useless.
Let’s hope Intel does it different than other companies we’ve known who try and push out on their own to build their own communities, instead of investing in the customer communities that are already grouped around their products.
