The Gmail worm: At least, one ticket has gotten through
Reed Porter sent me an update on the Gmail issue today. He generated a help ticket on the May 23rd, and Google sent him a reply (finally) today, May 29th, saying that they are working on it.
Let's hope they get this fixed quicker than they respond to helpdesk tickets.
