Alex's day at the races
It was an amazing day at the league track championship. I don't have time to go into it now, but Alex set a personal best time on the 400m, came in 2nd in the 200m and came close to pulling his team into 1st for the 400m x 4.
I have video and stories to post later, but I'm "supposed" to be getting ready to eat dinner with Brian Tucker and his wife. Gotta go for now...
