SMS_OFFER_STATUS_SUMMARIZER does not start - fix hitting snags

For those that have been waiting for this fix, it appears it is still coming, though somewhat slowly.

From the SMS email list last night…

Sadly these things never go as smooth as I had envisioned...  more that I'm trying to track down here.

I suspect there's a group of our customer service reps that I might not have reached in my communications.  They may also just be looking for an external KB which is still pending going live.

So, thank you all for your continued patience as we sort things out.

We're pushing this out rapidly through a number of release processes here and naturally hitting a few bumps along the way.

The good news is that even with large #'s of messages piling up in offersum.box, they do process very quickly once the fix is in place.  Will keep you all posted as I have more to relay.
