Man...what a mess...

How many contacts do you have in Microsoft Outlook?  I’ve always transferred my PST from one computer to another, even one company to another, over the years.

I currently have over 2,000 contacts in my Microsoft Outlook Contacts folder!  The funny thing? ::  I remember each and every one of these people.  Some I only talked to a couple times; some I chatted with for a year or more; some are dear friends.

If you have time — peruse your MS Outlook Contacts folder.  It can really bring memories back.

Still — I’d like to clean these up.  How do I clean up my MS Outlook Contacts folder cleanly and efficiently without removing folks that I might need to contact in the near future?
