Backlight problems
Have you ever turned on your Windows Mobile device while outside and the screen instantly went dark?
This has happened to me several times, particularly when standing in bright sunlight. The only fix is to "remember" the START taps, goto Settings-System-Backlight, open the Backlight applet and simply tap the OK button - all while the screen "appears" dark.
Is there a fix for this?
I had the same problem with my previous Windows Mobile device from a different provider, so it makes me think it is a Windows Mobile issue instead of a hardware problem.
