Taking the Windows Live OneCare challenge

I’ve decided it’s time to give the Microsoft developed solution, Windows Live OneCare, a real test.  I don’t work within an Enterprise environment right now, so I can safely take the challenge.

Today, I’ll be removing Norton AntiVirus/Firewall/Spyware/etc. solution and replacing it with Windows Live OneCare.  This should be interesting to see how well Microsoft does in this security area.

I’m sure a lot of you, like me, have been wondering just how well Microsoft’s offering performs.  I’ll keep you up-to-date on my findings as the challenge goes along.  I’m going to give it a real effort, and promise to take the challenge for the next 30 days.
