I loaded up Skype for MS Outlook — OK, it has some real neat features — no lie. BUT, it doesn’t include the Skype client with it — meaning, you have to load Skype FIRST. So, I went back and loaded the Skype client separately, then loaded the Skype for MS Outlook app. Getting ready to test.
Installation is easy for both the Outlook portion and the client. They did a great job walking you through the installation and login. So far, I’d feel safe letting my parents run through the installation screens. Of course, I’d still get a phone call or two, but Skype minimized the pain for installation and setup pretty well.
