Alex finally back to playing status

I mentioned a while back about Alex (our oldest) becoming a track star.  I think I also mentioned that he tore a muscle in his leg and had to sit out about half of the track season.  He’s been in sport therapy for the last 6 weeks or so.

Well, he has the green light again, and he’s back to playing basketball.  He had his first summer league game last night and did awesome.  I’ve really missed basketball.  I can’t wait to get back into coaching here soon.

BTW: Alex has some hops, as you can imagine a 15 year old who is 6’5” would.  As an example, if you are familiar with the Chevy Avalanche, you know how high the bed of the Truck/SUV is.  It’s roughly 5’2” high.  Alex can take a run, jump, and land on his feet on the back of the Avalanche.
