Just got off the phone with a rep. Even though I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB in Ohio, seen the news about the BBB issues in NY, and know they are being sued by the gov’t in Orgeon because of false coverage maps, they still say they can’t take care of my situation. Tomorrow, I’m going to the next level. Stay tuned.
Here’s the funny thing. I spoke with Jeffrey Sowers from Cingular last week. He said he would call me back on Friday. No call. He said he would get the job done for me. No call. After talking with the rep today, even though they are a “phone” company, they can’t forward me to an extension in their organization — even if they aren’t in the same area or state. When’s the last time you had to deal with that in big business? I don’t trust these folks.
