I posted about this earlier: http://blogs.msdn.com/michkap/archive/2005/09/30/475578.aspx
After contacting folks at Wiley, they have dismissed this as bunk.

Sometimes we get busy. Sometimes we simply forget that a web blog is an extension of our thoughts. I do this sometimes. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and realize I should have blogged about something, but was remiss to do so — simply because I didn’t think about it. Wouldn’t it be neat if there was an app that could post your thoughts to your blog without you having to type them manually? Of course, you’d have to turn it off sometimes because I’m sure there are some thoughts that shouldn’t be on the web. Still…
If this sounds like “way-out” technology, I don’t think it will be too long before it happens. Those that can will be tied into some sort of mind array to push thoughts and to share knowledge. RSS is just the beginning.

I used to use this at a previous company I worked for to eliminate the pains with switching between the company network and a client network.
