So where were you 10 years ago today? I was downtown Kansas City at a live event simulcast all over the world! Windows 95 launched August, 24, 1995 and all the good geeks were in attendance. I believe I won a copy of the OS and a Baseball Encyclopedia on CD as a door prize. I didn't have a CD rom yet, and my home computer was a 386 with 2 mb of Ram, so I waited a couple months and bought a new Packard Bell with a 486-25 sx and 4 mb of ram! Gosh, I hated that computer.
