Apple - Security is for non-turtleneck wearing folk
Seems that Apple have introduced some glaring security holes to OS X Lion ... this is classic text-book stuff. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/09/19/apple_password_security_exposed/ I don't think we'll be hearing many whines from the fanboys...

Caught this announcement on Engadget today that Windows 7 phones will be sold through all five mobile operators in the UK. Instead of just o2 , who got exclusivity on the iPhone in the UK. This is real good news for competitive data plans, and a better...

Windows Mobile 6.5 coming to a hand near you
I've not seen it yet, just reading stuff on the world wide wait ... Microsoft on Monday made its latest bid to stem share loses in the mobile sector with a new version of its Windows Mobile software that includes an online store for third-party applications...

Apple OS patch release on the 12th of Feb filled in some Arbitrary code execution holes
On the 12th of Feb 2009 Apple released a slew of patches . Dotted in amongst the list are patches for issues that look very similiar to Windows bugs, such as "arbitrary code execution". I only blog about this to add another pebble to the debate...
