Microsoft are keen to get feedback on the OOB feature of ConfigMgr 2007 / 2012, which utilises Intel vPro, with a online questionnare open to everyone

You'll get a chance to feed back all your comments to the Product Group that support this function of the product. This is as close as it gets, and your comments will be read and considered by the developers and managers themselves.
