That Johan Arwidmark bloke made YAHK, Yet Another Hydration Kit for ConfigMgr 2012 Beta 2. It'll build out a ConfigMgr lab environment consisting of two DC's and one Primary, using Powershell and a few bits and pieces such as W2K8R2, SQL2008.
It's very handy for rebuilds of a lab environment ... or even first time setup for a "first look" for those that don't want to go through the installation steps themselves, although doing these YAHK steps would be just as involved, but the advantage is that you could rebuild your environment pretty quickly once you have everything in-place.
I've got ConfigMgr 2012 Beta 2 manually installed in my lab, x1 DC, a CAS and a Primary in replication ... plenty of instructions on how to get it installed, even on this blog. I setup OSD the other night and I'm deploying Win7 and W2K8R2 pretty easily, which is a testament to the hard work that the ConfigMgr Product Group have put into this release.
What Johan has done, is given you, us, a break down of exactly what is needed to "automate" a ConfigMgr 2012 Beta 2 build, nice work. So you've got the base OS build process, .NET, WDS, SQL 2008, and since Johan is deployment orientainted you can understand the lack of WSUS which he probably let's Windows Update take care of ;-)
I need to get my hands on MDT 2012 so I can use it in ConfigMgr 2012, and hijack that sexy Wizard again so I can collect some data needed to build a ConfigMgr Site server hehe
