Just what are you babbling about now?

RSS Feeds

Anyone know how to track – keep up with – the comments on a blog?  I surely wouldn’t want to come back to a page often just to look for comments that were added.

Anyone?

Scoble has been going on about http://www.cocomment.com/ of course its in an invitation only beta so that really doesn't do any good right now.

On an individual basis some sites have comments feeds you could subscribe to. On this site, I can see the number of comments for each post in the rss feed, which is better than nothing

It seems like its really only easy for the blog owner to have a conversation cause only they know about all comment entries (at least on my MT blog. I assume dotText is the same).

Thanks. Just thought I was missing something. Should be much easier to do this.

Most blog software has the ability to email you when you get comments. Some blog software even has feeds for the comments as well. Community Server has ways to expose feeds for EVERYTHING, so just hold your horses! (At least we got comments now).

i don't know about this blog system but blogger sends me emails whenever a comment is posted. maybe there's a setting somewhere that allows it on the myitforum blogs?

As Rod and Reed mentioned, it must be something here on the MyITForum blogs when using this version. No biggie really - I'll wait :-)
