I had the same problem, I was stuck with a VM in a Stopping state. One of the vmwp.exe process was using constantly 4% of CPU, and when i killed it the VM restarted.

An unassigned computer in WSUS gets the client as well or can you target a group of computers in WSUS to have the client?

Only the machines that gets the WSUS parameters gets the client because I don't want the servers to have the sccm client.
