Removed Community Server Enterprise Search 3 from myITforum.com
After working with the tech support for Community Server, I decided to remove Community Server ES from the blogs until we can figure out what is not working. I've been working with Community Server for quite sometime now and they have not been able to narrow down what is causing some of our issues. So, until the problem is pinpointed, we've decided to remove it.
A new feature added to Community Server
We added a better way to post videos from YouTube, Google, etc. This is a module to allow posting Videos from Soapbox, Youtube and Google video in blogs. Syntax is this: [Y o u t u b e:xxxxx] [So a p b o x:xxxxx] [Go o g l ev i deo:xxxxx] where xxxxx is the ID of the video and no spaces.

New Theme for my blog
If you have been watching my blog...you have noticed over the past few weeks, I have been trying different blog themes. While I really like the "Camaro" theme...it didn't have some features I was looking for. So, I decided to use this theme until I get the functions added to my own theme. So, what do you think about this one?

On 10/05/2007 myITforum installed a Calendar Feature in Community Server The Calendar was written by DanBartel (Community Server - Telligent Employee) http://communityserver.org/forums/p/470407/516549.aspx#516549 BTW...it's still in Beta code for myITforum.com. I just need to learn more about it.

The myITforum sites got upgraded this weekend. Nothing fancy...just the standard upgrades for Windows and such. I did do some Community Server DB work over the weekend...so hopefully things are a bit faster in that area. Have fun... Continue to blog!

Blogging from Word - Gotcha

Since Community Server 2007, the downloads from the blogs have been unavailable. However, they are now available. Sorry for any issues this might have caused.
