Why is one of the biggest Internet sites so hard to get in touch with?

Since Goggle changed the way they allowed Bulk Email being sent to GMAIL, email lists, such as the lists found on myITforum.com have been blocked.

I have emailed GMAIL numerous times and have NEVER gotten a response...nothing.

I have had our hosting company (ORCSWEB) looking at this as well and they have not been able to get Gmail to respond either.

Gmail, what's up? Why are there not any communication?

We (myITforum.com), and other sites reporting the same thing, have followed the guidelines you outlined but still no emails.

You would think that a company as big as Google would be able to get someone to respond to us!
