DataSchenk Rocks Nationwide Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey Smyrna, TN, USA — August 22, 2007 — DataSchenk, Inc. has announced that its customers have boosted it into one of the highest-ranked organizations in the Microsoft Partner program in the U.S., according to an independent third-party customer satisfaction survey.
DataSchenk achieved a Net Satisfaction Score of 199 out of a possible 200. This score places DataSchenk in the range "Top 5%" of participating Microsoft partners in the United States (exact rankings were not supplied). Respondents reported "Very Satisfied" with their experience with DataSchenk, Inc., giving it a Customer Loyalty Index of 100. The survey was conducted by independent research firm TNS Prognostics at the behest of Microsoft Corporation.
