After your site has been configured to allow YouTube videos (I'll discuss in another post) then all you need to do as a blogger is:

 

Past the Embed code into your HTML of your post.

For example:

I would start typing my blog...

Then click on the HTML in the Blog Text menu bar and then you will see your HTML code.  Then within there you will past the code from YouTube.

Which looks like:
