I was looking for some info and came to know about SMS birthdates aka SMS release dates so far, and found interesting to share with everyone…

 

SMS 1.0 – 11/7/94

SMS 1.1 – 7/28/95

SMS 1.2 – 7/29/96

SMS 2.0 – 1/11/99

SMS 2003 – 10/22/03

SMS v4 - ?

 

? : The release date for SMSv4 now named as SCCM 2007 (System Center Configuration Manager 2007) will be available as soon as we get it released :)
