myITforum.com at the 1E Road Show - Enterprise Solutions – Atlanta, 29 November 2007
This complimentary event is aimed at senior managers and technology influencers involved with either System Center Configuration Manager 2007 and/or “Green” computing initiatives. It provides a unique opportunity to learn directly about the new and significant Microsoft System Center technologies, along with the latest Windows Management and PC power management solutions from 1E. These events will also offer enterprise organizations with over 5,000 seats, a unique opportunity to discuss their technical and business challenges directly with Sumir Karayi, the co-founder and CEO of 1E, Lauren DiNatale, Management and Security Solution Specialist from Microsoft, and Rod Trent, President of myITForum.
There is a significant amount of technical detail provided around Configuration Manager 2007, as well as the increasingly important “Green PC” computing topic. This includes detailed information around ROI and cost/benefit determinations for “Going Green”. Specific answers to participants’ challenges are also provided from 1E and the guest speakers.
The feedback received after the first US event, held recently in NYC, was overwhelmingly positive and participants had a fun and productive day discussing their challenges and networking with industry colleagues . These are exclusive events and registrations are limited to 20 participants per session. To make a reservation please register at http://www.1e.com/roadshow; or, call Daniel Acorda directly on Toll Free 1 866 592 4214.
Details on venue and agenda are available at 1E Road Show Atlanta Agenda
New Community News on each myITforum main site page
In the past, its just been easier for us to post site and community news to the blogs, so that’s where the information ended up. And, that was definitely not the best place for it since not everyone grabs the RSS feeds or visit the blogs, leaving out a whole crowd of folks who could benefit from being part of this community.
Today, we implemented a new rotating news section on each page of the main site, so if if you’re visiting the main page or just looking through the ConfigMgr 2007 articles, you’ll still be able to keep up on Community News.
We’ll take this concept a bit further in the next few months where each section (example: ConfigMgr, MOM, OpsMgr, Windows PowerShell, etc.) will have news specific to the topic. It’s all going to be really neat and really useful. myITforum.com 2.0 is coming…
Anyway, check out the Community News on the primary site: http://www.myITforum.com
As always, comments and suggestions are welcome: admin@myITforum.com
