I am not a huge fan of PowerPoint so I will be doing as much demo as possible. We have finally resolved the problems by upgrading our list software to the latest version and performing some maintenance on the email queues. Prior to our issues, email delivery to the huge number of subscribers would take from 2–6 minutes. During the email slowdown, email delivery was taking anywhere from 15–45 minutes.
