I'm looking for a management pack developer with at least 3+ years of experience working with MOM 2005/SCOM 2007 that has a niche developing management packs. The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Identify the events required to meet business objectives

- Develop appropriate thresholds and parameters

- Develop alert logic, failure, and reset criteria

- Create the Operations Management Pack from start to finish, including testing and validation

- Identifies key elements required to accurately discover objects to monitor and alert on

- Provides a structured process for the development process such that it can be leveraged by other team members
