Desktop Engineer
TalenTek is currently seeking a Desktop Engineer for an opportunity with our Columbus client.

IMPORTANT:
** 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SERVER (SMS) AND/OR SYSTEMS CENTER CONFIGURATION MANAGER (SCCM) REQUIRED**
** MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS **
** HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE A PLUS **
SUMMARY:
The Desktop Engineer is responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, and integration of personal computer technology.  The Engineer works with the Information Services department to provide various departments with PC technology to better serve their clients.  In addition, the Desktop Engineer serves as a third-level technical support for the Support Center Analysts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
·         Bachelors degree required
·         Minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft System Management Server (SMS) and/or Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
·         Minimum of 2-3 of scripting languages with an emphasis on VB Scripting
·         Experience with Application Packaging and Virtualization
·         Experience in Group Policy Management
·         1-2 years of providing Tier 3 support, preferably in an health care environment.
·         Strong documentation and Customer Service skills
