Role Overview
As a Support Engineer in the Systems Center Support Team you will work within a team of highly passionate and motivated support engineers focused on resolving escalated cases concerning Microsoft’s Premier and Partner Customer technical issues. Within the role you will specialize in either SCCM/SMS or Ops Manager/MOM technologies.
What type of person are we looking for
We are looking for Individuals who have a passion for technology. You will want to be constantly challenged and really want to step up to master a technology and develop a deep knowledge of our product(s). You will have excellent communication and strong troubleshooting skills.
Technical skills we are looking for are
Experience of SMS 2003 / SCCM 2007 or MOM 200x / Operations Manager 2007. It is desirable to have experience of: Windows 200x, SQL Server 200x, Scripting or Debug / Coding Skills.
