Responsible for Monitoring of All Exchange Directory Replication, Site Connectors, and Internet Mail Service Connectors of large scale (Enterprise 5000+ node) implementations of Exchange 2007. Duties can include management of Corporate SMTP gateways, SPAM Filters, Mail Sweepers Smart Relay Hosts and implement all messaging (Exchange) related projects in accordance and in support of client business needs, goals, and objectives.

Specific responsibilities include planning, installing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Exchange server systems, network connections and communication links. Advanced level experience in Exchange 2000/2003 – Windows 2000/2003 and Active Directory, as well SAN storage and design, server management and capacity management concepts necessary.

Technical Experience Requirements:
- Microsoft Certification
- Enterprise level (5000+ nodes) Administration experience
- 3+ years experience working with Microsoft technologies in large IT environments
- 3+ years experience working with Microsoft Exchange 5.5/2000/2003, Windows Server 2000/2003, Active Directory
- Expertise in SMTP, Windows server environments, IIS, DNS, and Active Directory as well as general networking knowledge and desktop experience is necessary.
- Experience with legacy versions of Exchange, experience in large organizations and complex environments including multiple Exchange organizations, Active Directory forests, Exchange clustering with SAN attached servers.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience working within large and complex technical environments.
- Experience with Exchange deployed in a mixed environment of centralized data center and remote locations.
