We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst with the following skills for a major manufacturing company in the Twin Cities area.

This person must be Microsoft certified in the SMS and MOM environments and the person must have previous experience and both areas.
The primary responsibilities will be to work with the present support group and assist them in setting up the environment and solving problems encountered.
These problems may occur on a local, regional or Global basis.
The person should have experience with various server environments and operating systems.
Experience with report generation within the SMS and MOM environments is a plus.
This person will be required to document troubleshooting processes and instruct others on these processes as requested.
