The guides document which hotfixes are required or recommended for each MP.

There is NO shortcut, or substitute, from reading the guides.  You must read and understand their requirements PRIOR to importing them into a management group, or your monitoring experience will likely be less than stellar.

Now – once you have gathered these requirements based on the management packs you will choose to use, there is some valid confusion on these because of how they supersede each other.  I have written this up to try and cover that angle:

We are changing the hotfix model to a cumulative update model, to help ease the pain around this, and keeping the management group up to date.

I using the SCOM sp1 edition and I have new management packs recently to import.  I just confused to analyzing the KB’s requirement for the MP’s.

I believe  you are maintaining a sheet for which management pack required which KB’s(Hotfixes) in your site. Can I get the URL for this..please
