Your management server is not able to write to the Ops DB.  Or – it is slow.  If this happens all the time – or the numbers keep growing – you have a problem.

If this just happens from time to time – when the environment is under heavy load (a couple times per hour), and the numbers are general 60 to 120 seconds, then that’s normal.

I sure don’t like to see 1800 seconds.

Do you see any other events in the OpsMgr event log on the management server in question?  Do you have too many management servers, with some across slow links and not close to the database from a LAN perspective?
