Subject: [msmom] Manual Agent Installation Fails (Newer MSXML 6.0)

After attempting to Manually install an OpsMgr SP1 Agent I get an error that MSXML 6.0 is newer than the one being installed.  Right now MSXML 6.0 SP2 is on this system.

Has anyone seen this error before?  If so, how did you work around it?   Without removing MSXML 6.0 SP2 of course.
