Question in regards to Report Data lost when monitor was deleted.
I replaced an ASP.NET Applications counter performance collection rule
with a new one to point it at a different target.
When I did this I deleted the old collection rule assuming it would just
delete the rule and not the Report Data history.
But now I cannot get the old data under the old collection rule to come
up in a report.
Does SCOM delete all the report data history for a collection rule if
you delete the rule itself?
