Has anyone got a way to monitor MSMQ queue growth and alert ONLY if:

1.)    The Queue never shrinks

2.)    Is constantly growing

3.)    Never returns to zero

Over a certain time period?

Thanks

Has anyone come up with a way to monitor the duplex speed settings on server NICs?

Want to verify that duplex speed is set to either 100Full or 100Half duplex and alert if set to auto negotiate
